The Athilio software and associated services are made available to you by Novi Homines Software Oy, Finland, hereinafter referred to as "Athilio", in accordance with these terms of service and in compliance with the data protection declaration.

By creating an Athilio user account, you agree to these terms of service. Do not access or use Athilio if you do not agree to these terms.

Registration and Account Authorization

Athilio is aimed exclusively at people who are at least 18 years old. To use Athilio, you must register and create an account. The following data must be entered when registering: email address, password, and other required information. The data entered during registration will be used for the purpose of using the service.

Athilio may send you emails regarding: Account and payment-related information, service updates, technical operations, changes in the scope of offers, and changes to the terms of service.

Our desktop software application and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Novi Homines Software Oy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The software may have mentions of third-party software and services which are owned by their respective owners.

You agree to use Athilio only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others. Unauthorized use includes but is not limited to:

• Uploading or transferring files that could damage our systems
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Using the service in any way that disrupts its normal operation
• Reproducing or reselling our content without permission

Limitation of Liability

Athilio provides its services "as is" without any guarantee. We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the software. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our services.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Athilio at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the account settings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes to these terms.
